Consultation may include program assessment; program development; process improvements; outbreak investigation; an assessment of productivity and efficiency; on-site training of the IC Professional; and custom training programs for the organization. ICP Associates offers an entrance and exit conference for every visit to the organization and provides a detailed, typed report of all consultative visits within 10 working days of the consultation.
